I am doing the new Auntie dance!!
Violet Mary weighing in at 8lbs 6oz and 21 inches! Wooohooo... and Lora is my new hero and the ultimate Wonder Woman. No meds, no nothing... just 17+ hours of pain and wonderment. Thankfully, there were no complications and everyone is resting. She is the sweetest little baby girl ever created.
No pictures yet because I grabbed the camera very early this morning and didn't know the battery was dead. Tomorrow I will have the goods.

Less seriously, "Violet Mary" is a great name for a rock band.

I absolutely love the name. And she came on a great date!! (Our anniversary.) I was going to call today and see if she had come around. Congratulations, it's so fun to be an auntie!!
